Bob Elliot House Blyth, receives LED lighting upgrade with energy saving lighting controls around the whole interior of the building.

Originally built in 1986, Bob Elliot House is a sheltered housing establishment, allowing individuals living there to be provided with on-site care staff whilst living independently, managed by Homes for Northumberland.

ASD Lighting understands the importance to provide the best lighting solutions for our clients, and as such we produced a lighting design to perfectly fit this site. The e-Motion™ Corridor function was used throughout corridors and stairwells to dim down to 10% when inactive.

The main area has a spacious ceiling with a games room overlooking the living area, it was perfect for our up-down light.
